PipeValue started as an internal system built to solve our own problem: ad platforms were optimizing toward whoever filled a form most cheaply, while our best-fit accounts went under-bid. Volume went up. Pipeline didn't.
So we built the missing piece — a way to compute the real euro value of every lead from the CRM and feed that value straight back to Meta, Google and LinkedIn. The algorithms finally had the one signal they were missing: what a lead is actually worth.
The results were hard to ignore. Spend shifted toward high-value accounts, cost-per-qualified-lead dropped, and reporting could finally be framed in revenue. We productized it so any team — and any agency — could run value-based bidding without a data team or months of pipeline work.
Clicks and form-fills are means, not ends. Everything we ship ties back to pipeline and closed-won revenue.
Predictions should be checked against reality. Our calibration loop keeps the model accountable, not aspirational.
