These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the PipeValue service, operated by PipeValue (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you (the “Customer”) accept these Terms without reservation.
PipeValue is a SaaS service for professionals that computes a monetary value for every lead coming from a CRM, then sends that value to the advertising platforms connected by the Customer in order to optimize their bidding.
The service is reserved for professionals of legal age. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep their credentials confidential. Any action taken from their account is deemed to have been taken by them.
We retain all intellectual property rights in the PipeValue platform. The Customer retains full ownership of their data (CRM data, value models, results). They grant us a limited licence, for the duration of the service, solely to provide the service.
The service is offered on a subscription basis, with pricing shown on the Pricing page. Billing and payments are handled via Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. A free trial may be offered; a payment card may be required without any charge before the end of the trial period.
We use reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee any particular advertising result, as performance depends on factors specific to the Customer and to third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data, or customers) or for the consequences of a misconfiguration by the Customer or a decision by a third-party platform.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms. On termination, the Customer's data is deleted within the timeframes set out in the privacy policy.
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified to the Customer. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation, or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
