Data deletion instructions

Last updated: 4 July 2026

PipeValue lets businesses connect their CRM and advertising accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to send conversion values to those platforms. This page explains what data we hold and how to have it deleted, in line with the GDPR and the platform policies of Meta and Google.

1. What data PipeValue stores

  • Account data: your name, email address and organization.
  • Connection tokens to your CRM and advertising accounts, encrypted in a vault and never exposed to the browser.
  • Lead data processed on behalf of our customers: contact and deal attributes used to compute a value, with direct identifiers (email, phone) hashed (SHA-256) before any transmission.
  • Technical logs of scoring and dispatch events (kept 12 months maximum).

We do not store your Facebook profile, friends list, or any Facebook user content — the Meta connection is used solely to read campaign settings and send conversion events to your own ad account.

2. How to delete your data

Option A — from the app. Log in to app.pipevalue.io, disconnect the platforms you no longer want linked (Destinations → disconnect), and delete your organization from Settings. This removes your connection tokens immediately and schedules the deletion of all associated data.

Option B — by email. Write to hello@pipevalue.io with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address associated with your account. No justification is required.

Option C — from Facebook. You can also remove PipeValue from Facebook Settings → Business integrations. This revokes our access immediately; then use Option A or B to have the data already stored deleted.

3. What happens next

  • We confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours.
  • All personal data, connection tokens and lead data linked to your account are permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing records) is retained only for the legally mandated period, then deleted.
  • If the request concerns lead data for which one of our customers is the data controller, we forward it to that customer and assist them in fulfilling it.
